Campus brand ambassadors, also known as campus reps, market a brand to people within a specific area: their own college campus. An ambassador’s job is to promote the brand’s products or services through events, merchandise, branding, and/or incentivized programs.

About Shield IAS ‘Campus Ambassador Program

It is a student-led campus marketing program that empowers college students across India to earn, learn, and network. These ambassadors will serve as our brand promoters creating awareness about SHIELD IAS in their campus and emerging as experienced freshers themselves in the process. This includes:

Key areas of work

  • Spreading awareness about SHIELD IAS (courses and study material) among the students, admin and faculty members within your campus
  • Generating leads for admissions
  • Running booths for promotion at college fests
  • Regular posting on social media for the widest promotion
  • Assisting in arranging seminars for SHIELD IAS in the campus
  • Come up with out-of-the-box ideas to promote SHIELD IAS offerings within your campus

Eligibility to become an ambassador

  • Pursuing any Degree or Post Graduate Degree program
  • Self-motivated and responsible in handling tasks
  • Good communication skills- English and Hindi

Duration

  • One year from the date of initiation
  • Possibility of extension beyond one year depending on the performance

Perks and Benefits

  • Certificate of Completion- a certificate will be issued recognizing your contribution. The remarks on the certification can range from ‘Appreciation to the level of Excellence’ depending on your performance. The certificate will be issued on the completion of a one-year duration.
  • Leads: Leads converted into admission: attractive monetary compensation (per admission) will be paid to you for admission to Shield IAS General Studies (GS) Foundation course. More the number of leads converted, the bigger the monetary benefits.
  • Fame: Students converted on your behalf into admissions will be provided decent discount on admission fee. This can increase your fame among students as you can promote this to your advantage.
  • Scholarship: While being a campus ambassador, you can enroll into our GS Foundation Course at 20% concession on the course fee.
  • Recognition: You will be recognized as active Campus Ambassador on our website.
  • Personality development: Enhance your professional development, leadership, motivation and communication skills.
  • Attractive Resume: Upgrade your ‘Resume’ by adding a certificate in your profile for future benefits.
  • Extension of the duration as ambassador: Depending on the level of performance and leads conversion within the stipulated duration of time, you can be reconsidered for extension with increment on amount paid per admission.
